I am the creative director behind KOA. From the very beginning, the work never felt transactional. It felt instinctual, energizing, clarifying, inevitable. What started as a creative expression quickly revealed itself as direction. That was the the work.
The name KOA was meant for something meaningful. While it never became my daughter's name, it became the name of this studio and it fit immediately.

KOA stands for Keen On Aesthetic, but more than that it represents intention, bravery and restraint. The values that guide both the brand and the life behind it. This studio is my dedication to design that carries presence, work that extends beyond how something looks and into how it feels, functions and endures. Every project is approached with clarity and strategy first, aesthetics second.
