How long is the
management commitment?
Social media management is offered in focused three-month partnerships. This timeframe allows enough space to establish strategy, create consistency, and begin seeing measurable shifts in presence and engagement. Social growth requires momentum, and short-term or month-to-month work does not allow the strategy to properly take hold.
Do you respond to comments and DMs?
Light community engagement can be included depending on the scope of your package, but deep inbox management or customer service-style communication is not the focus of this service. The priority is brand presence, positioning, and content direction.
Will you grow my followers quickly?
The goal is not fast growth — it is aligned growth. KOA focuses on attracting the right audience through clarity, consistency, and brand positioning rather than chasing short-term spikes that do not convert to long-term brand value.
What platforms do you manage?
Management is typically focused on one to two core platforms to maintain quality and consistency. Expanding beyond this may dilute results and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Can we start immediately?
Projects begin based on availability. Because management is high-touch and curated, limited partnerships are taken on at one time to maintain quality.
How does payment work?
Payment is made on a monthly retainer basis and secures your place in KOA’s schedule for the duration of your three-month term. Because capacity is intentionally limited to maintain quality, your retainer reserves dedicated creative and strategy time each month.
Invoices are issued prior to the start of each service month and must be paid in full to begin that month’s work. Work does not commence without payment.
