The core structure of the Website Experience can’t be reduced or removed. It’s the minimum required to ensure your site performs, converts, and aligns with your brand. Add-ons (such as Shopify integration, blog setup, or additional pages) can be included if needed.
how long does the process take?
The Website Experience takes 6–8 weeks, depending on the number of pages, integrations, and add-ons. You’ll receive a full timeline and project schedule before we begin.
how does payment work?
To secure your project date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due one week before delivery.
what do you need from me to start?
Before your start date, we’ll collect brand assets, imagery, references, logins, and a short questionnaire. Once everything is submitted, my team handles the full build from design to optimisation.
what happens after launch?
You’ll receive two weeks of post-launch support for any adjustments, plus a full walkthrough so you can confidently manage your website moving forward.
do you write website copy?
Yes, copywriting for up to six custom pages is included. The tone is developed to match your brand identity and guide your audience through a considered user journey.
